Kartheek Munigoti is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Constellation Technologies⁠, specialising in IoT, automation, and intelligent monitoring solutions.

With expertise across software, firmware, embedded systems, cloud technologies, and AI-driven analytics, he has led the development of innovative platforms focused on real-time monitoring, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Kartheek has played a key role in delivering technology solutions across healthcare, hospitality, retail, logistics, education, and industrial sectors throughout Australia. He is recognised for his hands-on leadership style and ability to develop scalable end-to-end solutions that combine smart sensing, wireless communications, and cloud-based intelligence..

Leath was a Corporate Partner at a leading Melbourne law firm, gaining experience with a breadth of ASX listed entities, before co-founding Foster Nicholson Jones in 2008. Leath’s principal clients continue to be ASX listed companies and high net worth individuals. Leath has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions; IT based transactions, and corporate governance.

Leath has been instrumental as a Director of Solvar (ASX: SVR) and AMA Group (ASX: AMA) in taking each of them from the early stages of their listing through to ASX top 300 companies.

Leath has a Bachelor of Economics (Honours), and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Master of Laws (Commercial Law) from Monash University.

Ray has extensive business experience, particularly in the areas of strategy and transformation, leading ASX Listed automotive company.

AMA Group Limited to a market capitalisation in excess of $800m before his departure in 2019.

He held the position of Chairman of ASX Listed automotive finance company, Solvar Limited for 2.5 years until November 2018.
